We have implemented a number of initiatives across the firm to hire and retain high-calibre female staff.

Our Diversity Officer regularly attends LGBT+ initiatives such as InterAlia and InterTech. We look forward to building on our existing LGBT+ strategies during the course of 2020.
Future Generations
We continually assess how we can improve access to the legal profession. We run a very popular internship programme through which we strive to hire the best up and coming young lawyers, enabling them to get hands on experience of an international law firm.
